I came across this excellent program for improving your pullup numbers. It is designed for any level of ability, and can be used to increase both reps or for Strength. Note: The proper pullup form for this program is the deadhang version, no kipping. Use an overhand thumbless grip about shoulder width apart, tense your body, and engage your lats. At a minimum, your chin must be completely above the bar.
